We offer versatile event space rentals for all occasions, including weddings, parties, corporate events, and memorials. Our venue is perfect for gatherings of up to 150 people, whether for meetings or special events.
Choose between an indoor or outdoor setting, both featuring two ADA-accessible restrooms. For added convenience, we provide a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. Our space is uniquely located in a beautifully renovated Quonset hut, once an old theater building.

Rate: $125 per hour with no minimum rental time required. $100 cleaning fee is required per event. One day event insurance is required for each event.

Do you provide tables and chairs?
We offer a complimentary selection of mix-and-match tables and chairs for your event. If you require a specific style or design, you are welcome to provide your own.
Do you provide tents, table linens, and other event accessories?
These items are not available on-site. Clients are responsible for providing their own tents, linens, and additional event accessories as needed.
Do you require security for events?
Security is not required for events at our venue.
What deposit is required to book an event?
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon signing the contract to secure your event date.
Is outside food and beverage permitted?
Yes, outside food and beverages are permitted. Please note that we do not provide catering services, so clients must arrange their own food and beverage needs.
Can we decorate the venue?
Yes, decorating is welcome and encouraged to personalize your event space.
